How to Play Valorant

Choose Your Agent: Before the match, select from a roster of Agents, each with four unique abilities (signature, two purchasable skills, and an ultimate). Your choice defines your role—Duelist, Initiator, Controller, or Sentinel.

Master the Buy Phase: At the start of each round, use earned credits to buy weapons, armor, and abilities. Managing your team's economy is as crucial as winning gunfights.

Plant or Defuse the Spike: Attackers must plant the Spike (bomb) at a designated site and protect it until it detonates. Defenders must prevent the plant or defuse the Spike if it's planted.

Utilize Abilities & Utility: Use your Agent's abilities to gain an advantage. Smokes block vision, flashes blind enemies, recon tools gather intel, and movement skills create opportunities. Ability usage often wins rounds more than raw aim.

Communicate & Execute: Valorant is a team game. Use voice or text chat to call out enemy positions, plan strategies, and coordinate executes on sites or retakes.
